[Houston, 05.31.2025] — Hello everyone, my name is Jonathan Gamez-Panameno, and I am the Founder, President, and CEO of Open Horizons-a student-led, nonprofit revision resource platform committed to making quality academic support free and accessible to all.
At Open Horizons, we believe education should never be behind a paywall. That's why our platform is-and always will be-completely free. No subscriptions. No ads. No signups. Just knowledge.
Since founding Open Horizons, I've led this initiative through challenges, setbacks, and breakthroughs. Despite launching during summer break, every feature and every update has been built with one guiding principle: put the user first.
We're excited to announce our launch along with new initiatives like the Open Horizons Honor List, which recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond in advancing educational access for all.
But this is just the beginning.
The Open Horizons Vision: A 3-Phase Master Plan:
Lighting the Fire: We start small, but we think big. This phase is all about proving that our model works and igniting momentum.
Going Loud: Once the spark is lit, we scale-partnering with over 100 organizations, hosting summits, winning awards, and gaining national attention. We won't wait to be discovered-we'll make ourselves unignorable.
Leading the Movement: Open Horizons becomes more than a platform-it becomes a movement. A youth-powered, globally recognized force for educational equity. National media coverage will no longer be a goal, but a given.

We're integrating AI-driven tools, including an intelligent chatbot designed to help students on demand-something no other revision resource platform currently offers at no cost.
